Jennifer Rene Psaki
Jennifer Rene Psaki was an American political advisor who served as the 34th White House press Secretary between 2021 until 2022. She is a part of the Democratic Party and previously served as the White House deputy Press Secretary (2009) and the White House deputy Communications Director (2009-2011), the spokesperson for US Department of State (2013-15) and the White House communications direct (2015-17). Psaki was a CNN political contributor between 2017 until 2020. Psaki began her career in 2001, as an influential political contributor to CNN. She worked on the campaign for re-election of Tom Harkin (Iowa Democrats) for the U.S. Senate, and Tom Vilsack (Iowa Governor). Psaki was then appointed deputy press secretary to John Kerry's 2004 presidential campaign. From 2005 to 2006, Psaki served as communications director for U.S. representative Joseph Crowley and regional press secretary for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. In 2012, Psaki returned to political communications as press secretary for the Obama reelection campaign in 2012. In the year 2000, Psaki was appointed the spokesperson for the United States Department of State. It was believed that she would replace Jay Carney as White House Press Secretary.[21However, Josh Earnest was announced to replace Carney on May 30th in 2014. She returned to White House in 2015 to be the director of communications. She was a part of the Obama administration until its end.
